Kate Doody

Kate grew up locally in Kennebunk and attended Southern Maine Community College earning her degree in Education. During this time, she became passionate about her hometown and surrounding communities. 

Kate got her start with the company in 2023 as a part of our turnover team and quickly fell in love with the houses we manage. Her eye for design and attention to detail paired with her love of organizing has made her a great addition to KPC. It is also evident from her five years as a Special Educator that Kate loves helping people. She looks forward to assisting our renters so they can have the best vacation possible. Being a local, she thrives from the hustle and bustle of a summer in Maine!

In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time coaching her athletes as she is the Head Cheerleading Coach for Kennebunk High School.
