  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept checks, made out to KPort Concierge or ACH, which can be paid online from our digital invoice.
  • Where are you located?
    Right now, KPort Concierge manages homes in Kennebunkport, Kennebunk, and Biddeford, ME. We're so excited to expand to other regions in the future!
  • Are you a property management company?
    We do what property management companies do, and then some. We rent out properties on behalf of our clients. We help our clients prepare for their renters and with our clients' approval, we help their renters directly with any particular needs they have.
  • Does KPort Concierge insure its business and workers?
    We are bonded, hold liability insurance, as well as workers' compensation insurance.
  • What does it cost?
    Each home owner's needs are unique. We have a series of home concierge packages and individual service prices we will share with you once we connect to discuss your needs.
  • How fast can I get a quote?
    We will contact you within one business day to understand your property needs and give you a quote either on the spot or the following business day.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Most of our homes have a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please see the home guide attached to your confirmation email for details as times may vary. For early check-ins and late check-outs, we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot always guarantee it.
  • How do you ensure my property is safe when I give you access to my home?
    Every team member is vetted through multiple reference checks and is background checked. When a Concierge team member is visiting your home, you receive a notification of their arrival, the tasks they complete while there, and their departure. We track our team members via GPS to know when they visit your home.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    All prepayments will be fully refunded if cancellation occurs 60 days or more before arrival. If cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival, half of the prepayments will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after these periods.
