Billy Landenberger

Meet Billy, the kind of handyman who brings equal parts skill, heart, and grit to every project. A Physical Education teacher for 24 years, Billy knows a thing or two about discipline, teamwork, and showing up ready to work. Outside the classroom, he’s the owner and creator behind Sad Lumberjack Longboards, where he handcrafts beautiful boards from reclaimed wood—because sustainability and craftsmanship matter to him.

Billy is also an Ironman finisher (yes, really), a dad to three awesome teenagers, and has somehow been married to his wife for “100 years” (his words, not ours). They live together in a net-zero home, reflecting Billy’s commitment to thoughtful, sustainable living.

Whether he’s fixing, building, or improving our homes, Billy brings reliability, creativity, and a great attitude—making him an invaluable part of our team.
