When your renters are about to arrive, you want everything to be just right. Our Summer Rental Owner Concierge is a home preparation service that ensures that your property is perfect. We conduct a walk through of the property and:
Attend to any items that need replacement, cleaning or repair, as well as provide you with information and photos so that security deposits are appropriately withheld as necessary
Ensure cleaning is complete and thorough, and remove any food left behind
Prep pillows on couches and beds
Straighten up furniture, so the home is correctly staged
Ensure landscaping is as expected
 
We also provide additional services to make your guests feel welcome. Items purchased on your behalf are charged at cost. We charge a service fee for these conveniences.
