Winding Down While Looking Ahead

Summer may be over, but we’re still smiling over the wonderful season we had at our KPort Concierge properties. Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming guests from near and far—couples commemorating milestone celebrations, friends gathering to enjoy a coastal getaway, and families simply enjoying time together. Every stay brought its own special moments. Guests shared with us their appreciation for slow mornings sipping coffee by the sea and sunny afternoons enjoying all the southern Maine coastline has to offer. Summer at our properties is all about making memories that will last a lifetime, and we’re grateful to have played a small part in so many memorable vacations. 

Now, we’re already looking ahead to one of the most magical times of year in our special coastal town: the 45th Annual Kennebunkport Christmas Prelude.

The holiday season brings a special kind of charm to Kennebunkport, with festive events, twinkling lights, decorated shops, seasonal activities, and plenty of opportunities to get your merry on. In fact, HGTV called Kennebunkport the #2 Christmas Town in America, and Country Living called Kennebunkport one of the Top 20 Christmas family vacation destinations IN THE WORLD! Who wouldn’t want to be part of this magic?

This year’s Christmas Prelude festivities run Thursday, December 3, through Sunday, December 13, 2026.
