Joy Lang, Owner
I fell in love with Kennebunkport during my teens, when I would come up from Massachusetts to visit my best friend at Goose Rocks Beach. After graduating from Skidmore College with a degree in theater, I worked in film and television in Los Angeles for 17 years. In 2015, I decided to move my kids back to the East Coast to give them the magical experience of enjoying life in Maine year round.
Living in a vacation town, I have observed my summer friends desperately trying to enjoy their precious beach time here, while being inundated with the endless responsibilities of owning a second home. I've witnessed their struggles of juggling their careers, families, and managing their incoming renters remotely. From this, I saw an opportunity to be helpful and a need for detailed luxury house management that was severely lacking in this community.
As an actor, I am in the business of authentic clear communication and creative problem solving. As the granddaughter of a very successful Interior Designer on the North Shore of Chicago, I have proudly inherited her attention to detail, innate sensibility, and high standards when it comes to things being "just so” in a fine home. I do believe that my blended skill set lends itself to a very satisfied home owner and vacationer.
To the homeowner:
My role is to truly honor the meaning of the word vacation. After all, it is called a vacation house for a reason! I love to ease families’ worries, and watch them quickly turn into excitement as we work together to create a customized infrastructure that not only prepares their homes for the lucrative summer rental market here in Southern Maine, but simultaneously paves the way for the home owner to truly take a vacation in their own home when it works for them and their family or friends!

Pete Robinson, Head of Operations & Rentals
Pete is responsible for KPort Concierge’s Operations and Rental Advertising and Booking Services. He owns a home at Goose Rocks Beach that he and his interior designer wife, Elizabeth, built in 2014. Based on his success renting his home and experiencing the need for reliable vacation home management services, he saw a gap in the local markets. He and Joy co-founded KPort Concierge to help vacation home owners Love Summer.
Pete holds a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Babson. He is also a Partner at a Private Equity and Venture firm in the Building Industry. Previously, he co-founded and acted as CFO of a healthcare analytics, operations, and technology firm which was acquired by a publicly traded healthcare information management company.
Samantha Pagano, Director of Rental Management
Samantha has her bachelor's degree in marketing and has experience with event planning and advertising. Her years spent in marketing encouraged her out-of-the-box thinking and unique problem solving to flourish. Samantha paired her ingenuity with her passion for helping others and spent the last ten years in the field of education. Her classroom experience and two master's degrees allowed Samantha to expand her areas of expertise to include communication, resourcefulness, and organization. Upon purchasing her own rental home, Samantha recognized that her skill set and experiences could assist other vacation home owners and vacationers. She brings her creativity and attention to detail to ensure that both owners and renters have their needs met.
Samantha resides in Kennebunk with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She values the opportunities in assisting vacation home owners with enjoying their property stress-free and guiding visitors to vacation like a local.
Hailey Robinson, Marketing & Outreach
Hailey has her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Spanish. Her experience with marketing, social media, event planning, and customer outreach helps her to promote and encourage lasting connections between her KPort team, homeowners, and current and future renters. Hailey's passion for communication, organization, and nature help her to use these skills to promote Maine's homes for vacationers everywhere.
Hailey has spent every summer growing up in Maine and thinks of it as her second home. Being a team member of KPort Concierge allows her to continue to form these strong connections with the local communities in and around Kennebunk. The genuine beauty of Maine is at the fingertips for anyone looking to find the serenity that Maine has to offer, and Hailey loves being able to spread that same light she's felt each summer growing up to those looking to find it for themselves.
